Supporting One of Europe’s Largest Infrastructure Projects

Stokes Engagement leadership played a key role in delivering stakeholder engagement, consultation, and planning support on HS2, one of the largest and most complex infrastructure programmes in Europe. Working on one of the most challenging sections of the route across multiple London boroughs, the project involved managing large-scale community engagement, planning consents, and stakeholder communications.

The work included delivering over 200 engagement events, securing more than 80 supplementary temporary and permanent planning consents, and improving community satisfaction scores through transparent and proactive engagement strategies.
